Terry Fox has served as a senior pastor for over 30 years, and is the founding pastor for Summit Church.He has been visible across America and has been interviewed by national media such as FOX News, NBC’s Hardball and The New York Times and The Washington Post.He has a strong media ministry and is presently co-host of the Answering The Call radio talk show which is heard on stations across the mid-west.He receives numerous invitations to speak across the country and has been blessed to be pastor of strong, and fast growing, congregations and is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University.He has served as Chairman of major committees within the Southern Baptist Convention and other religious institutions, including three years as Chairman of Trustees for the North American Mission Board.Pastor Terry speaks each Sunday morning in the 10:50 worship service.
Pat Bullock Associate Pastor /Teaching and Pastoral Care
Pat Bullock serves on Summit’s staff as a Teaching Pastor and Pastoral Care.He has served the Lord faithfully for the past fifty years as a senior pastor and as the Executive Director for Heart of Kansas Baptist Association. He has served as a Trustee and a Regent for several institutions of higher learning. Pat is an outstanding teacher of God’s Word.He is a graduate of Texas A&M at Corpus Christi and attended Southwestern Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. Pastor Pat speaks each Wednesday evening in the 6:30 pm Bible Study.
Joe Wright Associate Pastor / Preaching Staff
Joe Wright serves on the preaching staff of Summit Church.He has served in the ministry for over 40 years and is the retired senior pastor of Central Christian Church in Wichita, KS.The church, under the leadership of Pastor Joe, became the largest Bible preaching church in the Midwest, with membership in the thousands.He is known for his controversial prayer of repentance that was prayed in the Kansas House of Representatives—that prayer continues to circulate across America.Joe currently is co-host of the Answering The Call talk radio program that is heard across the Midwest.Pastor Joe speaks each Sunday morning in the 8:30 worship service. Judy Reddoch serves on Summit’s staff as the Executive Assistant to Pastor Terry Fox.Judy has served for the past 29 years in church ministry.She has served in her current position since the founding of Summit Church and feels a very strong call to serve the Lord in this manner.
Ron Cox Senior Adult Pastor Ron has faithfully served the Lordin the ministry for almost 50 years.He has earned a BME and a Masters in Music Education from Arkansas State University.Ron loves to lead in worship and is very talented in the field of music.Ron has a strong passion for ministering to senior adults and is excited about leading this vital venue of ministry at the Summit.
Steve Rue serves on Summit’s staff as the Music Director.He is an accomplished pianist and composer.Steve has written musicals that have been performed off-Broadway.He is highly praised across the country for his exceptional talents in both music and drama.Steve has earned his BA in Religion and Philosophy from Friends University and his MA from Wichita State University in Music Theory and Composition.
Lori Reddoch-Quist serves on Summit’s staff as Worship Leader and has traveled across the country using her singing talent for churches and conventions.Lori is a graduate of Friends University and was a member of the world renowned Singing Quakers.
Mac Martin Student Minister
Mac Martin serves on Summit’s staff as Student Minister.He was licensed to the ministry at Summit Church and is currently working on a degree in Religion and Philosophy at Friend’s University.
Debi Stancoff serves on Summit’s staff as the Children’s Ministry Director.Prior to coming to Summit, Debi served on the staff of a large church and led out in summer children’s programs that ministered to hundreds of kids.

Kelly Gleeson serves on Summit’s staff as the Assistant Children’s Ministry Director.Kelly is very gifted and is very passionate about ministering to children and has served on the Summit Church staff for the past three years.
Phyllis Long serves on Summit’s staff as the Nursery Director.Phyllis brings with her many years of experience of caring over and ministering to nursery and preschool age children.She is loved and appreciated by the parents who entrust her with their children.
